Company History

Trouveer Associates, Inc. was established in 1983 due to the fact that the physician recruitment industry could benefit from a more consultative approach. Since the founders have physicians in their family and have worked in their medical offices, they felt their experience was a definite asset. The founders realized the importance of going beyond "the placement", by understanding the needs of clients, candidates, and their families. Trouveer Associates success and growth has occurred due to a commitment of building a strong rapport with candidates and clients. In fact, over the years, they have had many candidates that have made the "full circle" by becoming  clients, like the perinatologist who delivered the septuplets in Des Moines, Iowa. Not only did Trouveer Associates place her but when it was time for her to add an associate, the doctor contacted Trouveer and her partner was placed successfully.  The founders have instilled this same dedication to the rest of the company's staff in placing and consulting physicians on a nationwide basis.
