Most clients prefer the timeliness of a search agreement. In this method Trouveer is hired on a retainer basis and devote our entire efforts to finding and signing the appropriate candidate. Through a careful evaluation Trouveer Associates selects and presents only those candidates the meet the practice specifications. In addition, the candidates are not presented to any other clients. They would only be submitted to the search client for consideration. A retainer is utilized to defray the expense of a client site visit and extensive sourcing efforts to locate suitable candidates.
